Synopsis: Quest Outreach Society has launched the "Rescue Food and Feed a Child" campaign. It's a simple plea for people with surplus food in their fridges and cupboards to call Quest and donate it. STUDENTS TEAM UP FOR INNER CITY SERVICE PROJECT

Synopsis: UBC students took 11 students from the University of Guelph to the Downtown Eastside as part of a 5-day pilot project designed to help students from various disciplines see past the "inner city" stereotypes. Students helped overhaul the Strathcona Community Gardens compost system so that it could accommodate waste materials from the Quest Outreach Society, a large food redistribution organization.
