INSTITUTIONAL LEARNING PROGRAM

Quest works in partnership with 12 training agencies which offer formalized job training and practicum placements for their clients. Quest provides these students with specialty training in a variety of food-related sectors such as catering, warehousing, food-processing, and food services, including counter attendants, kitchen helpers and cooks.
Institutional programs range from course credits associated with the completion of specified hours and/or activities in a volunteer capacity, to course components being carried out on-site by an entire class. Either way, students gain knowledge, expertise and skills while completing a practical series of course-related activities. |

Programs can take place over a semester or may be condensed to a week's intensive.
Quest also welcomes people with disabilities and the unemployed who are looking for a way to contribute and learn new skills.
